“
The Trainer, to be really effective, must be able to connect through
- rich life experience
- love of learning, a passion for teaching, and broad knowledge and interest
- an ability to understand, empathise with and nurture people.
Without these a Trainer struggles to communicate with diverse clients, and to help clients engage by making the material relevant at a personal level.
The Trainer’s success comes ultimately not from seeking his own success, nor attention to his skills and techniques, but from unwavering focus on the students and their success. “
